- Account & Contact Information — your first and last name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
- Profile & Application Details — answers to our compatibility questionnaire, demographic details (age, gender identity, city), lifestyle preferences, relationship goals, photographs, and any videos you choose to upload.
- Matchmaker Notes — observations our in-house team records during interviews, coaching sessions, and post-date feedback calls.
- Payment Information — billing address plus limited card details (last four digits & expiration date). All full payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor.
- Usage Data — log files, IP address, device & browser type, session timestamps, clicks, and chat activity within the service.
- Communications — emails, chat transcripts, support tickets, and survey responses.
- Sensitive / Optional Attributes — to the extent you volunteer them (e.g., religion, ethnicity, health considerations) as part of your matchmaking profile. You may edit or remove these fields at any time.
2. How we use your information
- Provide & personalize the service — build your private profile, calculate compatibility scores, curate introductions, and facilitate coaching sessions.
- Facilitate payments — collect membership fees, process refunds, and detect fraudulent transactions.
- Communicate with you — send onboarding instructions, match proposals, date reminders, and other service-related messages.
- Improve and secure the platform — monitor usage, debug issues, perform analytics, and protect against spam, harassment, or other abuse.
- Legal & compliance — satisfy tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, or court requirements.
