Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using elitedatingsearch.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract.
• You affirm that any information you provide is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
• You may not be convicted of, or awaiting trial for, any violent or sexual offense.

3. Account & Membership

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Membership packages, fees, and term lengths are described on the checkout page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject, or terminate any application at our sole discretion.

4. Services & Guarantees

• The Service facilitates introductions via human matchmakers and select technology; we do not guarantee that you will find a partner.
• Matchmaking timelines, the number of introductions, and coaching sessions vary by membership tier.
• You remain solely responsible for your interactions with other members, including meeting in person. Exercise common-sense precautions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Sharing another member’s personal data without permission.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service’s technical systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and software are owned by Elite Dating Search LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Service for personal use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not conduct formal background checks on members.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Dating Search LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Elite Dating Search LLC against any claims or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Cancellation & Suspension

• You may cancel auto-renewal in your account settings at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
